purefil Kerfil Aluminiumoxid 1 kg 1.75 mm
Kerfil filaments consist of a ceramic powder and a thermoplastic binder system. Kerfil filaments are flexible and can be processed with all standard FDM 3D printers. In order to obtain a pure ceramic part, the printed parts (green parts) still have to be debound and sintered.
In a first debinding step, the binder material is dissolved out using acetone. In a further step, the remaining binder material is thermally debound. Sintering then takes place at approx. 1500°C.
In the end, a fully-fledged ceramic component is created with a density of up to 99%. Further information on processing, debinding and sintering of the molded parts can be found in the technical data sheet.
